This beautiful drum was built as a tribute to the great master Airto Moreira, internationally acclaimed as one of the greatest icons in world percussion. Of course we had to make a drum that represented what Airto represents to music around the globe.

Following his suggestions, the shell is 100% Araucaria (perhaps a reference to his own life, as both Airto and Araucaria are native to the axis formed by Parana & Santa Catarina states), vintage lugs in aluminum with brass; the shell in a striking Moon Light color lacquer; and powerful hard hoop aluminum hoops, made of turned solid aluminum.

This is indeed a snare drum worthy of the great master Airto Moreira! A drum for the best, for the collector; a drum for all those who – like us – admire the great work of this icon of percussion around the world.
