Here’s another stunning Odery Custom drum finish. The project started when we were contacted by Mr. Alessandro from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He had been surfing the web and happened upon a video of the band UB40 on YouTube. The drummer was playing a kit with this exact finish and Mr. Alessandro immediately fell in love with it. So much so that he decided he needed one himself! When his efforts with the distributor of that brand proved fruitless he reached out to us here at Odery.

“It was fate that I ended up with Odery, and the final result was so much better than if I’d bought the other brand,” said Alessandro. “I got mad crazy support from Mr Edu. I got to choose the wood, the thickness, the distance of the lugs to the edge and, of course, the main thing, to get the exact finish I wanted.” In the end, he got a kit that was fully personalized and captured the true essence of the customer. This is the core belief and concept of custom Odery drums.

Shells: Brazilian Araucaria 4 plies – toms and 6 plies – bass drum.
Vintage Lugs /2.3mm triple flange power hoops with chrome finish.
** Snare is not part of the kit.
