Custom-Shop Protótipo HT System Design
The creation of this kit was a great source of joy for us. Built as a prototype for the High Tech System Design (HT System) hardware, which included the—still in production—new HT lugs (they open automatically when the tuning screw is released for quick drumhead replacement), a new floating system (the base for the current Eyedentity & Custom models), new claws permanently attached to the bass drum hoop (still in production), tom bases, and bass drum spurs (both discontinued).
We used our top-of-the-line, famous and exclusive Hard Hoop Aluminum hoops; and Araucaria shells, finished in a brushed blue lacquer.
The hardware around the shells received a natural anodized aluminum finish, since we wanted to highlight the all-aluminum hardware.
